Graphic designer

Offer description

We believe that design is more than just aesthetics—it's how we communicate who we are. As a firm built on insight, innovation, and lasting relationships, we understand the importance of visual storytelling in bringing our brand to life across all platforms. We're looking for a talented and versatile Graphic Designer to join our Business Development and Marketing team on a 6-month fixed-term contract in Bristol. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative self-starter to take ownership of a wide variety of design projects, from campaign visuals and social content to internal videos and podcasts. About The Role 6 month fixed term contract. As our Graphic Designer, you'll play a vital role in upholding and evolving the VWV brand across all visual touchpoints. You'll work with teams across the firm—including Marketing, HR, People Development, and Legal—translating briefs into eye-catching assets that are aligned with business goals and tailored to our audiences. You'll manage a diverse workload of both static and dynamic content, ranging from email templates and infographics to social posts, event materials and branded reports. You'll also bring a strong focus on video production and editing, supporting teams with the development of internal videos and podcasts that communicate with clarity and creativity. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role where no two days are the same. You'll work closely with the Campaign Executive and stakeholders to build out campaign suites that are cohesive, on-brand and designed to drive engagement. You'll also support testing and analytics efforts by creating A/B design iterations and continuously optimising content based on performance. About You You're an experienced designer with a strong portfolio that shows both creativity and versatility. You're confident managing multiple projects at once and comfortable working across different media, from static visuals to video and audio content. You've worked in an in-house role before and know how to manage briefs from a variety of internal stakeholders. You bring excellent organisational and time management skills, and you're great at keeping others updated on progress and timelines. Your attention to detail is matched by your ability to deliver high-quality content at pace—and you thrive in a collaborative environment where feedback is valued. You're proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly InDesign), and have working knowledge of Canva. You're also comfortable using video editing tools and have experience producing engaging video or podcast content. A qualification in graphic design is essential. If you're excited about the chance to contribute to a busy and creative team, and enjoy bringing ideas to life through design, we'd love to hear from you. We're striving to be an inclusive employer, to create a workplace and environment that promotes and values diversity, where everyone, regardless of background, can reach their full potential. Contact our recruiter to discuss any adjustments needed so we can make this the best possible candidate experience for you. At VWV, we're committed to your growth with our bespoke Learning Academy, offering structured career-level programs across core business areas to prepare you for promotion opportunities and career advancement - join us to unlock your full potential. Where Will I Be Working? At VWV we have a truly unique and engaging culture that we hold dear. We work hard but we also love to have fun and we recognise that it's the social interaction between us that really shapes our culture. Whilst we work to a hybrid model, for this role we would like you to work from our Bristol office for 2- 3 days per week. In this way, you'll benefit first-hand from our warm and friendly culture as well as facilitate cross referral opportunities from your colleagues in other teams. We are of course happy to discuss any specific requirements of hybrid working with candidates on an individual basis. How To Apply? All you need to do is click on "Apply Now" to submit your CV and include a covering letter telling us why this is the opportunity for you. Our advice is to apply sooner than later as the role may be closed at short notice due to the level of interest.
