This opportunity will allow the postholder to join a rotation that covers Outpatient Musculoskeletal / Trauma and Elective Orthopaedics and Fracture clinic.

The Physiotherapy Team is proactive in providing a holistic service, working within the multi-disciplinary team to ensure our patients receive high-quality intervention, achieve their rehabilitation goals, and are safely discharged in a timely manner.

Carrying out specialist assessments, treatments, and providing expert advice for patients with complex conditions. For this role, you must be HCPC registered, hold a degree or equivalent in Physiotherapy, and demonstrate evidence of relevant and recent post-graduate NHS experience; having completed a variety of rotations at Band 5 level including musculoskeletal out-patients/orthopaedics, medical/surgical/ITU, neurology.

You will demonstrate a high standard of clinical work and evidence of continued and relevant learning and development.

The role will require you to actively participate in service development and improvement, with a view to shaping effective patient care pathways and best practices.

The successful applicant will have excellent team working skills and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills to work collaboratively with colleagues and patients, as well as being able to work independently.

Flexibility in working times and practice is essential, including 7-day working, evenings, and weekends.
