Typical Responsibilties
* Lead and manage a team of electronics technicians, ensuring smooth and efficient technical operations.
* Oversee electrical diagnostics, troubleshooting, and maintenance, ensuring top-quality standards.
* Conduct and manage risk assessments, including PUWER and COSHH, in alignment with health and safety requirements.
* Ensure adherence to all Health and Safety standards, creating a safe working environment for all team members.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, safety, and quality.
* Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of all technical activities, aligning with company protocols.
* Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, providing coaching and development support to technical apprentices.
