As Finance Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate income allocation, strong financial controls, and smooth financial operations across the organisation.

What you’ll do
1. Manage incoming payments and reconcile income promptly
2. Upload evidence and maintain accurate financial records
3. Monitor cash balances and prepare cash flow forecasts
4. Reconcile credit card and similar corporate card purchases
5. Issue sales invoices and monitor Aged Debtors
6. Support day-to-day accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
7. Liaise with auditors and work closely with other finance teams
8. Assist with procurement data and general finance tasks
9. Undertake CPD and support finance projects as required
What you’ll need
10. Experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
11. GCSE English and Maths (grade 4+ or equivalent)
12. Experience working in a busy office environment with strong customer service focus
13. High accuracy, attention to detail, and strong IT skills
14. Good communication, organisation, and time-management
15. A positive team player with strong work ethic and initiative
16. Ability to work under pressure and maintain strong working relationships
17. Flexibility and a solutions-focused approach
