In this role, you’ll be at the heart of the resident experience, providing a professional front-of-house service while ensuring the building operates smoothly and efficiently.
What you’ll be doing:
* Acting as the first point of contact for residents and visitors, delivering a warm and professional front-of-house service
* Managing day-to-day tasks including reception duties, meet & greet, parcel handling, inspections, and viewings
* Supporting resident queries across phone, email, and in person, ensuring a high level of service at all times
* Assisting with tenancy management, amenity spaces, and general building coordination

* Previous experience in hospitality, property, or customer-facing roles
* A strong focus on customer service with excellent communication skills
* Ability to multitask and stay organised in a fast-paced environment
