We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Medical Secretary to provide efficient clerical and secretarial support to the Community Adult Mental Health Service.
Key qualities include excellent communication skills, good interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently using initiative, as well as part of a team. Candidates should have experience with electronic systems, prioritising tasks within deadlines, and previous healthcare experience, including fast, accurate audio typing (digital dictation), IT skills, knowledge of medical terminology and clinic management, and an HNC or equivalent relevant experience.
The successful candidate will be required to complete a Level 2 Disclosure Scotland check.
