Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for planning excellence? We’re looking for a Portfolio Planner to help shape and optimise enterprise-level planning within a newly formed Transformation Management Office (TMO).
In this role, you’ll work across departments to deliver planning, reporting and forecasting activities that drive performance and deliver measurable business value. You’ll play a key role in managing planning tools, collaborating with stakeholders, and improving processes to enhance portfolio delivery.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain enterprise-wide portfolio plans and reporting frameworks
* Support the transition to centralised planning tools and methods
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate and actionable plans
* Provide regular reporting and insights on performance vs forecast
* Drive continuous improvement and process standardisation
You’ll Bring
* Proven experience in planning, resource management or PMO functions
* Familiarity with planning systems and portfolio/project management tools
* Excellent communication, analytical and influencing skills
* Confidence working across multiple business units and with senior stakeholders
