Looking to recruit a Multi Skilled Carpenter to join a leading Property Services company based in Berkshire on a temp : perm basis
Offering up to GBP38,000 + company van and fuel card and benefits
Responsibilities:
* Carry out responsive day to day repairs to occupied Housing Association properties
* Undertake a variety of trade repairs and maintenance work to include carpentry/joinery, remedial plumbing, plastering, tiling etc within a social housing setting
* Working efficiently and safety in line with best practise to achieve excellent customer experience
* Previous experience kitchen and bathroom fitting would be beneficial
Requirements:
* Full UK driving licence as company van will be provided
* Previous Carpentry repairs experience
* Strong Health and Safety knowledge
* Experience of working in both occupied and void properties
