Working Foreman (Carpentry Background) – Residential Refurbishment Location: Kingston-Upon-Thames (KT2) Hours: 8am – 4pm (Paid 8 hours) Rate: £230- £240 per day Start: ASAP | Ongoing Work We’re looking for a hands-on Working Foreman with a strong carpentry background to join a residential refurbishment project in Kingston-Upon-Thames (KT2). This is an ongoing position offering steady work for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities: Work alongside the team while overseeing daily site activities Manage and coordinate labourers and trades on site Liaise with directors and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow Maintain high standards of workmanship and site organisation Contribute carpentry skills as needed throughout the project Requirements: Proven experience as a working foreman with a carpentry background Competent across most aspects of residential refurb Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to manage time, people, and priorities on site Relevant tickets/certifications are a bonus If you're experienced, reliable, and ready to get stuck in, we want to hear from you.
