Broadridge is hiring! Join a high-impact risk team driving the future of Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) across the full vendor lifecycle. In this dynamic role, you will design, enhance, and oversee end-to-end third party risk processes—ensuring risks are proactively identified, assessed, mitigated, and monitored in alignment with regulatory and enterprise standards. As a ProcessUnity subject matter expert, you’ll lead system optimization, reporting, governance, testing, and change initiatives while delivering executive-level insights that inform strategic decision-making. Partnering cross-functionally with Risk, Compliance, Information Security, Legal, Sourcing, and business leaders, you’ll play a critical role in strengthening controls, driving operational excellence, and elevating risk transparency across the organization.

Responsibilities

Third‑Party Risk Program Reporting, Governance & Oversight

1. Provide reporting and operational support for the Third‑Party Risk Management (TPRM) program, assisting the team in executing third‑party risk lifecycle activities including onboarding, inherent risk assessments (IRQs), due diligence, ongoing monitoring, issue management, remediation, and termination, as needed.

2. Develop and deliver management and executive‑level reporting, dashboards, and risk metrics to enable transparency, informed decision‑making, and effective oversight.

3. Provide risk guidance, review, and credible challenge to business stakeholders, across the full third‑party lifecycle.

4. Monitor adherence to TPRM policies, standards, SLAs, and regulatory expectations, escalating issues and emerging risks as appropriate.

5. Support governance forums, committees, and senior management by preparing materials, tracking actions, and reporting on third‑party risk trends and outcomes.

Process Design, Testing & Change Management

6. Design and implement TPRM process enhancements, including system and workflow improvements within ProcessUnity.

7. Plan, design, and execute testing activities (UAT), including test script creation, defect tracking, remediation validation, and test closure.

8. Conduct root cause analysis for process gaps, QA findings, and control failures; partner with stakeholders to implement sustainable solutions.

9. Lead change management initiatives, including procedure updates, communications, training materials, and job aids.

System & Data Management (ProcessUnity Required)

Serve as a ProcessUnity subject‑matter expert, supporting:

10. Configuration and optimization of third‑party workflows

11. Data integrity and reporting

12. User role and security design

13. System testing and enhancements

14. Partner with technology and vendors to support system integrations and data alignment (e.g., contracts, sourcing, continuous monitoring tools).

Issue Management, QA & Regulatory Support

15. Identify, document, and manage third‑party risk issues, corrective action plans, and remediation activities.

16. Perform and/or oversee Quality Assurance (QA) and self‑assurance reviews to ensure policy adherence.

17. Prepare documentation and support internal audits, regulatory exams, and client due diligence requests.

18. Track and report third‑party risk metrics, trends, and key risk indicators to senior management.

Training, Reporting & Stakeholder Engagement

19. Develop and deliver training on TPRM processes, policies, and system usage.

20. Create executive and operational reporting, dashboards, and data analysis to support risk oversight and decision‑making.

21. Build strong partnerships across Risk, Compliance, Information Security, Privacy, Sourcing, Legal, and business teams.

Qualifications

22. 8+ years of experience in Third‑Party Risk Management, Vendor Risk Management, Operational Risk, or related risk disciplines within a regulated financial services environment.

23. Hands‑on Process Unity experience (required) supporting third‑party risk workflows, reporting, testing, or system design.

24. Strong understanding of the end‑to‑end third‑party lifecycle, including sourcing, inherent risk assessments, due diligence, contracting, ongoing monitoring, and termination.

25. Demonstrated experience in:

27. Testing (UAT), issue management, and remediation

28. Change management and training development

29. QA, RCSA, and control design

30. Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and influence stakeholders at multiple levels.

31. Strong analytical, documentation, and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

32. Experience supporting enterprise TPRM system implementations or migrations.

33. Familiarity with regulatory expectations (e.g., OCC, FFIEC, CFPB, GDPR, vendor risk guidance).

34. Experience with contract risk analysis and sourcing systems.

35. Prior leadership or team‑lead experience (formal or informal).

Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $125,000- $135,000 USD. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
