As we enter our next stage of expansion, we are seeking to appoint a senior Business Development Director to lead and elevate our intermediary and strategic partnership programme. This is a senior, revenue-generating role suited to an individual accustomed to operating at partner-level relationships within professional services or private banking environment.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in London for a Business Development Director. You will be responsible for originating and cultivating high-value relationships across:
* International law firms
* Private banks
* Family offices
* Wealth management firms
* Corporate advisory practices
* Global mobility and investment migration intermediaries
You will represent Bridge Partners at senior industry level, lead executive-level pitches and negotiate partnership frameworks aligned with the firm’s long-term strategy.
Responsibilities
* Design and implement a sophisticated intermediary growth strategy
* Develop senior-level relationships across key jurisdictions
* Lead high-level pitches and strategic presentations
* Negotiate commercial terms and partnership agreements
* Represent the firm at industry events and private forums
* Build and manage a high-quality referral pipeline
* Collaborate closely with legal leadership to convert and retain mandates
* Provide strategic insight into market positioning and brand develop
Candidate Profile
* Experience operating across private wealth and professional services ecosystems, including private banking, wealth management, family offices, accountancy and international law firms.
* Demonstrable success originating and managing high-value relationships.
* Executive presence and strong presentation capability.
* Strategic mindset with the ability to think beyond short-term sales.
