Make a difference as a Finance Assistant

You’ll play a key role in keeping our Accounts Payable function running smoothly. From looking after suppliers to making sure everything adds up. Your day-to-day will involve processing supplier payments, supporting with monthly accruals, responding to supplier queries and reconciling cashbooks daily and monthly. You’ll also get involved in managing both sterling and foreign currency ledgers, keeping things on track and accurate.

If you’re organised, detail-focused, and like working as part of a collaborative team, you’ll be right at home here.

Is this you?

* Previous experience of working in a similar role
* Experience of reconciliations, to include bank reconciliations.
* Previous experience using financial systems
* Common sense, pragmatic, practical approach, with the ability to make good decisions
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to communicate with financial and non-financial stakeholders
