What You will Do As a Residential Support Worker, you will: Build meaningful relationships with children, young people, and their families. Support children to reach their goals and develop new skills. Bring fun and creativity into everyday activities—swimming, outings, messy play, sensory sessions, games and more! Help plan exciting sessions tailored to each child’s interests. Work as part of a supportive, experienced, and friendly team. Communicate clearly and confidently with families and professionals.
