Job Title: Residential Support Worker Salary: £22,098 - £25,995 per annum (this is based on a 30hr offer, this figure will be pro rata based on the hours being offered) additional payments of up to £2,500 per annum for Sleep in duties 12-30 Hours per Week Location: Kidderminster Team:Kidderminster Short Break Permanent Contract Do you love making a positive difference in the lives of children and young people? What You will Do As a Residential Support Worker, you will: Build meaningful relationships with children, young people, and their families. Support children to reach their goals and develop new skills. Bring fun and creativity into everyday activities—swimming, outings, messy play, sensory sessions, games and more! Help plan exciting sessions tailored to each child’s interests. Work as part of a supportive, experienced, and friendly team. Communicate clearly and confidently with families and professionals.
