Landscaping Project Manager
This is an exciting opportunity for a Landscaping Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all landscaping projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing domestic landscaping projects, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining company quality standards, reviewing plans and designs with designers, and advising on technical or practical considerations during the quotation process.
You will also be responsible for sharing your project planning and control experience with colleagues, supporting the delivery of projects on time, to budget, and to quality standards. Additionally, you will ensure that risk assessments and construction site plans are completed correctly and in a timely manner for all projects.
We are looking for someone who is highly organized, able to multitask, and has excellent communication skills. You should be able to work effectively in a team environment and have a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing, maintaining, and ensuring adherence to company quality standards;
* Reviewing plans and designs with designers, advising on technical or practical considerations during the quotation process;
* Sharing project planning and control experience with colleagues, supporting the delivery of projects on time, to budget, and to quality standards;
* Ensuring risk assessments and construction site plans are completed correctly and in a timely manner for all projects;
* Providing hands-on training, guidance, and advice on specific hard and soft landscaping tasks;
* Reporting weekly to directors on site safety and quality standards for all sites;
