Our client, a leading company in the defence and security sector, is seeking an IT Project/Delivery Manager to join their manufacturing team in Glenrothes, Fife on a fixed‑term basis. Key Responsibilities
* Lead the full lifecycle of organisational transformation initiatives
* Manage projects on time, within scope, and aligned to expected benefits
* Collaborate across functions to drive change and manage risks
* Ensure effective execution of initiatives such as process redesign, system implementation, and operating model changes
* Adhere to the Raytheon Enterprise Project Management (REPM) framework
* Develop detailed project plans and lead cross‑functional teams
* Ensure strong governance, clear reporting, and adherence to organisational standards
* Provide clear, insightful updates to senior stakeholders and governance boards
Job Requirements
* Proven experience as a Transformation Delivery Manager or Project Manager
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders
* Experience delivering process, systems, or operating model changes
* Availability to work in a contract/interim capacity with a delivery‑focused mindset
* Eligibility for SC clearance
Desirable Experience
* Formal project management certification or training
* Experience in transformation within large, regulated, or complex organisations
* Exposure to system implementations (e.g., ERP, planning tools, data platforms)
* Experience in manufacturing, engineering, aerospace, defence, or technology environments
