Residential Casual Care Assistant | Thornton House Residential Care Home, Thornton — Lancashire County Council. Responsibilities
* Provide care to older people and adults living with dementia and their families as part of the Lancashire County Council care team.
* Support older people to live their lives their way with kindness, dignity, care and compassion.
* Participate in training and work towards the standards of The Care Certificate (training paid by the employer).
* Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and local policies to maintain a safe, respectful environment.
* Complete the application experience and education sections to evidence how you meet the criteria for this role.
Qualifications / Requirements
* Values, attitude and behaviours aligned with the team ethos.
* Willingness to learn and develop through training; DBS check may be required if successful, following the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and relevant DBS guidance.
