An exciting opportunity has arisen within the LSL Estate Agency Franchise division on a full time, permanent basis.
We are looking for a Direct Debit Administrator to join our Lettings Client Accounts Team at our offices in Chorley.
Working as a Direct Debit Administrator you will receive;
1. Salary of £23,400
2. 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays
3. 37.5 hours per week contract. Core hours are Monday – Friday 9am – 5:30pm.
4. Free onsite parking.
The main accountabilities of the role will include:
5. Setting up, management and collection of Direct Debits for rental payments from tenants.
6. Investigation of any anomalies on the collection.
7. Create reports informing Credit Control of unsuccessful Direct Debit collections.
8. Process rent increases or decreases.
9. Answering queries from internal and external sources via email, tasks or telephone.
10. Housekeeping of Reapit system & Direct Debit system.
The ideal candidate will have a good eye for detail, good at numeracy and previous administration experience. You must be a confident communicator and be comfortable with telephone work and speaking to clients daily. Full training will be provided.
