The Business Assurance Industrial Placement sits within Markets Central Office. Our team's purpose is to provide the support, guidance, and insights to enable the wider Markets Team to successfully deliver our shared purpose statement: Trade our propositions with consumers, coordinate engagement with stakeholders and champion the voice of the customer within the organisation.
Your key duties
* Support process reviews and documentation
* Assist in creation and management of business metrics
* Create and maintain dashboards using PowerBI to inform Senior Leadership Team and wider directorate
* Assist in development of Directorate Assurance training scheme
* Support the Directorate Business Continuity plan

Qualifications
1. Competent in the use of Office 365 including PowerBI, Excel (intermediate user as a minimum), Word, SharePoint and Teams (Expert by nature).
2. Ability to explore requirements and information that aids decision makers in support of a desired outcome (Live and breathe it).
3. Curiosity, attention to detail and drive to make a positive difference to how we operate (Force for good).
4. Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others (Better together).

As our Business Assurance Industrial Placement 2026, the job may be suitable for hybrid working, which is where an employee works part of the week in the office and part of the week from home. This is a voluntary, non-contractual arrangement and the location advertised will be your contractual place of work. As an Industrial Placement, we would expect you to attend the office once a week as a minimum.
