We are currently seeking dedicated and experienced professionals to join our National Panel of Assessors. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the development and recognition of excellence across Australia.

About the Role
As a member of the VOICE National Panel of Assessors, you will:
1. Conduct independent assessments and reviews in line with national standards and frameworks.
2. Provide expert, evidence-based evaluations to support quality assurance and compliance.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure fair, consistent, and transparent assessment outcomes.
4. Contribute to the continuous improvement of assessment practices and policies.
Key Responsibilities
5. Undertake Ongoing Support Assessment Support Wage Assessments Workplace Modifications Assessments
6. Prepare detailed, accurate, and timely reports.
7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation, standards, and best practices.
About You
8. You are a highly skilled professional who holds as diploma or higher level qualification in: Occupational TherapyPhysiotherapyExercise PhysiologyPsychologyCounsellingVocational Training
9. You will have 2 year minimum experience working with disability employment or related field
10. Strong analytical and communication skills
11. A commitment to impartiality, confidentiality, and ethical practice
12. Availability to travel locally (assessment are conducted onsite)
