Assessment Social Worker | South Coast | £43/h
If you are looking for a fresh start and a new experience there is an opportunity within various teams whether that be child protection, children in need and family safeguarding we are working with a local council on the South Coast of England where you can find pay rates up to £42/h along with our loyalty bonus which can see your rates increase up to £100 per week. You will be holding a steady caseload and focus on short term cases, for those currently traveling hundreds of miles for visits with this council there travel will be much less and you will also have the option for hybrid working and balance your time around your home and the office.
If you are struggling with support in your current role or need a fresh change in scenery this would be a great opportunity where you will find management who have been there for a long time and know the ins and outs of the business and are known for their nurturing and supporting nature. As well as this you will join a small team where you won’t be just a number and you will feel valued and supported by the team. We are currently working with a number of local authorities on the south coast rated good or outstanding by Ofsted and we are an agency who will support you with each step of the way including aftercare, regular check ins and managing the full process for you.
