We are seeking a motivated Grower Procurement Coordinator to join our team, supporting the purchase of seeds, crop covers, fertiliser, packaging, irrigation supplies, and other essential inputs for our growers. This role is key to ensuring efficient, cost-effective procurement and maintaining strong supplier relationships, while providing financial oversight across our supply chain. Key Responsibilities Collate supplier quotes, compare pricing, and highlight variances. Maintain procurement schedules and accurate supplier records. Produce weekly/monthly reports on spend, stock levels, and supplier performance. Monitor budgets against actual spend, flagging risks of overspend. Liaise with growers and suppliers to confirm deliveries, resolve queries, and maintain financial records. Support compliance with sustainability, audit, and financial standards. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to financial detail. Proficient in Excel, Power BI, and Monday.com (pivot tables, lookups, reporting). Confident communicator with internal teams and external suppliers. Genuine interest in agriculture, supply chain, or finance. Ideally studying towards or qualified in AAT, Business & Finance, or Procurement (CIPS Level 3). Full UK driving licence (travel required).
