We are looking for a friendly, professional and customer focused Customer Service Advisor to join our Client DMW Logistics in Sutton in Ashfield on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

Main Duties:
* Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
* Maintain customer records and update internal systems
* Assist with and complete daily reporting tasks regarding goods received, despatched and produced in the customer required timescales
* Use the Warehouse Management Stock System to process orders in a timely manner
* Complete administrative duties to ensure that all customer requirements are being met
* File and archive paperwork
* Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
* Build relationships with customer to maximise opportunities
Requirements:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Previous experience in customer service or a similar role
* Methodical with a good attention for detail and numeracy
* Confident using Microsoft Office and customer service systems
Pay Rate and Working Hours:
* Monday to Friday: up to 40 hours
* Working hours: 8.00am - 17.00pm
* Pay rate: £13/h
