Enterprise Account Executive – Tech-Enabled Services


Location: Fully Remote (UK & Europe travel required)

Salary: £50,000 – £80,000 base + 50% OTE (Uncapped, Double Achievable)

The Opportunity


This is a highly consultative, enterprise-level new business role, focused on selling large-scale transformation programmes that combine education, services, and technology. You’ll engage with senior decision-makers across multiple industries, crafting tailored solutions that drive real business impact.


Key Responsibilities


* Prospect, qualify, and close new enterprise clients across the UK and Europe.
* Lead the full sales cycle, from discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close.
* Sell complex, high-value service and technology programmes to senior stakeholders.
* Build trusted relationships with C-suite executives, including CTOs, Chief Data Officers, and transformation leaders.
* Craft business cases and ROI models that communicate long-term strategic value.
* Work closely with internal delivery, marketing, and product teams to align solutions to client needs.


Ideal Candidate Profile


* 3+ years of B2B consultative sales experience, ideally in professional services, learning tech, or digital transformation.
* Proven record of closing six-figure enterprise deals and managing multi-stakeholder long sales cycles.
* Strong understanding of value-based selling and storytelling in complex environments.
* Confident selling programmes and services, not just software licenses.
* Able to thrive in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment without rigid playbooks.
* Intelligent, articulate communicator with genuine passion for sales, business development, and creating impact for clients.
