Deputy Manager - Care Burgess Hill £36,500 per annum Our client is looking for a Deputy Home Manager who will support the Manager to ensure the smooth running of the service complying with relevant regulations and procedures. The hours are 40 hours a week. Work on the floor and 18 - 24 hours supernumerary a week. Share of on-call responsibilities as part of the Deputy Manager role. Work closely with the Registered Manager and other members of the home to ensure continuity of information, standards and policies are effectively implemented. Communicating clearly and effectively with the staff team, families and other professionals to ensure that the residents receive the best possible provision of care. Ensuring that all staff receive regular supervisions and adhere to the policies and procedures. Monitoring resident's individual care plans to ensure that the key workers have identified the physical, social and emotional needs of a person. Assessing new residents to come in the home which could be any day of the week. To work at least one shift every other weekend.
