Petrel Limited, and Ex-tech Signalling are part of the Pioneer Safety Group (PSG) with continued growth, we are looking for a Sales Sales Support Team Leader to head up our expanding Sales Team, bringing with you proven experience of leading a small Sales Team within a Technical or Engineering business. About the Role: The Sales Support Team Leader will motivate and lead the Sales team drive sales via existing clients and further develop market opportunities and distributor relationships, ensuring the smooth process of sales from lead generation to order fulfilment. Main Roles and Responsibilities: * Establish plans and marketing strategies to expand the customer base * Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities * Explore and evaluate geographical areas where the business does not currently operate, identifying potential entry strategies. * Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication, responsive problem solving and delivering excellent service. * Attend weekly production meetings * Oversee the sales invoicing process, creating and issuing sales invoices, resolving any queries. * Prepare statistical reports as required by management this may include sales forecasts, S&OP data. * Advise leadership on significant regional developments and incidents and ensure they are aware of the potential impact on sales and business activities.
