What you’ll be doing
* The Small Cells Acquisition, Survey & Design Professional will be responsible for delivering owned acquisition activities across a defined group of sites to achieve stakeholder targets through effective management of the Acquisition activities in-house and with third party contractors.
* Manage dependencies across a defined group of sites through surveys, structural surveys, technical drawings, town planning, tracking & reporting to ensure acquisition targets are achieved.
* Maintain an accurate acquisition delivery status on a defined group of sites by ensuring site-level forecasts are up to date in accordance with agreed standards through tracking of third-party supplier deliverables.
* Stakeholder & relationship management, developing effective working relationships with third-party contractors, local Councils and legal representatives.
What you’ll need
* Technical ability to understand complex designs & methodology (mandatory).
* Technical awareness of the Openreach network including civils & related engineering activities (mandatory).
* Extensive experience delivering large volumes of sites against targets with the ability to prioritise workload (mandatory).
* Broad range of highly developed project management skills with experience delivering technical solutions to customers (mandatory).

* Stakeholder Management: managing expectations and engagement with internal and external stakeholders; customer-focused and able to understand customer requirements.
* Logical & creative thinking; ability to explain ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
* Strong presentation and engagement skills; ability to simplify complex data for the audience; good organisational skills; highly motivated to prioritise and collaborate with delivery teams.
* Programme management, delivery, and analytical capability; removing barriers to delivery and coordinating with key stakeholders.
