You'll join an experienced and collaborative team where you'll influence the way individuals and businesses use cutting-edge drone technology, from advanced mapping and spatial analysis to automation and beyond.
This is a multi-faceted role, consisting of Sales/Business development, Training & Support, and project delivery, both locally and internationally.
What You'll Do
● Lead in Geospatial Transformation: Apply your expertise to drive transformation with individuals and businesses, helping our clients unlock the power of geospatial intelligence across their operations.
● Innovate with the Latest Technology: Work hands-on with the newest UAV and terrestrial hardware and software, including Drone-in-a-Box systems and hand-held scanners that push the limits of what's possible.
● Advance Your Skills: Access UK leading UAV training, including RPC L1 and L2 certifications, BVLOS operations, and advanced drone automation programs, complementary of heliguy.
● Collaborate & Influence: Work in an inclusive culture that encourages cross-pollination between sales, training, and digital marketing teams. Share insights, learn from others, and help shape industry standards.
● Demonstrate Value: Present solutions to customers, showing how UAV and geospatial technology can solve their toughest challenges. Support technical meetings, proof-of-concept demonstrations, and strategy planning.
Responsibilities
● Client Support & Solution Consultancy. Provide knowledgeable guidance to new and existing clients on geospatial and survey solutions.
● Support pre-sales technical discussions and post-sale implementation. Assist customers in selecting the correct hardware, software, and workflows.
● Deliver geospatial services where required (data capture coordination, processing support, reporting guidance).
● Identify and develop new business opportunities across key sectors (construction, infrastructure, utilities, environmental, public sector, etc.).
● Manage solution-based sales from enquiry through to completion.
● Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
● Contribute to revenue growth across the geospatial portfolio.
● Assist the Geospatial division in refining and expanding service offerings.
● Help identify complementary products and opportunities within the existing portfolio.
● Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and technology partners.
● Support the creation of case studies, technical guides, webinars, and solution-focused content.
● Provide subject matter input for campaigns and product launches.
● Represent the business at industry events where required.
Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree in surveying, civil engineering, GIS or related fields are preferred. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a technically skilled professional eager to contribute to impactful projects within a supportive environment.
● Strong understanding of land surveying techniques and principles.
● Knowledge of construction processes and project workflows.
● Experience in data management, including organising, analysing, and maintaining spatial datasets.
● Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to develop innovative technical solutions.
● Effective communication skills for liaising with clients and team members at all levels.
