Residential Property Solicitor 5 + PQE
Location: Farnham area
Salary: £55,000 -£75,000 (depending on experience and expertise)
We’re on the hunt for a 5+ PQE Solicitor / FCILEX / Licensed Conveyancer to join a busy and ever-growing Residential Conveyancing team in Farnham.
If you can handle a caseload of residential files from start to finish without breaking a sweat (or at least without letting the client see you sweat), we’d love to hear from you. You’ll also be supporting colleagues, getting stuck into business development, and doing your bit to make the team look good out in the wild (aka networking).
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who’s already got the conveyancing chops, but fancies a new challenge with a firm that values progression, offers a competitive salary, and won’t make you sit through endless meetings that could’ve been emails.
About You
* Solid experience across the full residential conveyancing spectrum (from freeholds to leaseholds and everything in between).
* Able to juggle files, clients, and deadlines with ease (bonus points if you can actually juggle).
* Proactive, communicative, and not afraid to bring in new business while keeping existing clients happy.
* Comfortable working under your own initiative, but also play nicely with others.
