Job Title: German speaking Customer Service Advisor
Location: Chippenham – due to the location you’ll need to be a driver with your own car
Salary: £26,000 - 29,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Contract: Permanent, full-time, Monday – Friday

We’re partnering with a prestigious, fast-growing company that’s looking for a confident and enthusiastic German speaking Customer Service Advisor to join their vibrant and multicultural team.
In this role, you’ll be the voice of a premium brand in the DACH region, helping customers feel valued, heard, and supported at every touchpoint.

* Support service and sales in the DACH market

Who we’re looking for:
We’re looking to connect with candidates who are fluent in German and English with previous experience in a similar role. Please note that due to the location of the company, you’ll need to be a driver with access to your own vehicle. To succeed in this role, you’ll be an excellent communicator, be highly organised, and be genuinely excited to create an outstanding customer experience.
