SUMMARY
As an essential part of the care team, the Medical Assistant Coordinator acts as a ‘Telehealth Concierge’. In a customer service-oriented manner, interviews patients and/or their representative to collect required data, to include but is not limited to; demographic and financial data as well as obtain required signatures, communicates mandated patient information and verifies all information for accuracy.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
S - Sedentary Work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.
