TECHNICAL SALES SUPPORT

Adsyst Automation Ltd has been providing complex control systems for process control, automation, and telemetry to customers worldwide for over 35 years. We approach each project with innovation and use our expertise to stay ahead, offering advanced and cost-effective solutions.

Our core skills include PLC, SCADA, HMI, MIS, MES, RTU, LV assemblies, electrical installation, control system software engineering, data acquisition, and bespoke software. We also excel in panel building and electrical installation, providing comprehensive packages as needed.


The Role

Due to growth, we seek an enthusiastic Technical Sales Support to join our sales team. This role offers excellent prospects for someone interested in automation and control industries, eager to support estimators with quotations, tender info, and sales processes.

The role involves managing incoming inquiries, updating our CRM, preparing estimates, and providing professional proposals while ensuring excellent customer service.


Responsibilities

* Attend site visits to understand project requirements and participate in sales events to develop commercial awareness and network with potential clients. This offers a chance to learn about systems integration in the water industry.
* Maintain the CRM system with inquiries, client follow-ups via email and phone.
* Gain understanding of project life cycles and industry-standard technologies to assist in producing quotations with input from sales and engineering teams.
* Assist with general office tasks within the sales and marketing team as needed.


Qualifications & Experience

* Relevant qualifications, preferably with IT & Mathematics background (A-level, ONC/OND/HNC/HND).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* Knowledge of MS Project and Visio is advantageous.
* Good literacy and communication skills, with customer-facing experience preferred.
* Motivated, adaptable, and confident in communication at all levels.
* Enthusiastic about learning automation and control technologies.
* Smart and presentable when interacting with customers, despite a relaxed office dress code.

* Auto-enrolment pension scheme with optional salary sacrifice.

Full-time hours: 08:30 – 17:15 Monday to Thursday, 08:30 – 16:00 on Fridays.
