The North of Scotland is a collaboration between NHS Grampian, NHS Highland, NHS Orkney, NHS Shetland, NHS Tayside, and NHS Western Isles.
We are seeking a flexible, highly capable, and confident individual to join the regional team in the North of Scotland.
You will have extensive project management experience, preferably in a health setting. Evidence of formal training in project management will be required. You will demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, be highly organised and able to work to deadlines. Working in a challenging and delivery focussed environment, the ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to work on their own on a variety of existing and new projects in different programmes across the North of Scotland. This post is challenging and will require flexibility in approach, often working at a distance from peers, and requires a good understanding of the geography of the NHS in Scotland.
This post will support all of the programmes across the North of Scotland to standardise how we carry out our business and then maintaining project methodology across everything we do. You will work within a small and diverse regional team, who are mobile across the North of Scotland.
Subject to negotiation and depending on the post holder’s preference, the applicant’s base will be in one of the six North of Scotland Boards.
The base of work will be in one of the NoS health boards, but the likelihood it will be either NHS Grampian or NHS Tayside.
