Key Responsibilities * Set up and maintain accurate customer accounts. * Keep CRM system data updated and organised. * Record and follow up on meeting actions (e.g., customer notes, brochures, costing). * Assist with order processing and sales quotations (covering during holidays/lunch breaks). * Research and identify new business opportunities via lead generation, calls, social media, and industry platforms.
