Job Duties:
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Behaviour Hub
* Implement behaviour management strategies and interventions
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, staff, and parents
* Monitor and track student behaviour and progress
* Collaborate with teachers and staff to create individualised behaviour plans
* Provide support and guidance to students experiencing behavioural challenges
* Organise and lead behaviour improvement workshops and training sessions
* Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all students
Required Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a similar role within an educational setting
* Strong understanding of behaviour management principles
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team
Knowledge and Skills:
For this role we are seeking someone who is a strong team player, hardworking and enthusiastic to join our excellent pastoral team. The successful candidate will be required to supervise, manage and co-ordinate the availability of learning resources, for students who are in our behaviour hub, while developing supportive relationships with them, teaching staff and parents.
We are therefore looking for someone who has a range of experience, skills and attributes and are highly motivated to work with our students to enable them to reflect upon and modify their behaviour.
