You will ensure the accuracy and integrity of all stock-related data and processes, providing timely and meaningful management information. What youll do on a typical day: Manage and monitor an effective warehouse operation in line with customer SLAs. Manage and plan for operational requirements against forecast and demand. To be responsible for and aware of the budgeted headcount for their contract and the breakdown of full and part time GXO colleagues and to understand peak periods that will require additional agency labour. Maintain all aspects of stock integrity and ensure ownership of activities and resolutions. To ensure all Inventory aspect KPIs are met. What you need to succeed at GXO: Experience in conducting audits, cycle counts, and stock investigations in a warehouse environment. Previous experience within a senior leadership role in a fast paced logistics environment Good level of understanding & operating warehouse management system Excellent communication skills We engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.
