Additionally, participants can expect to receive full support, advice and access to training courses. Read on to find out more! Organisational Development (OD) Assistant Trainee - Ref: RT03525 18.5 hours per week – fixed term for 12 months. Training allowance of approx. £12,206 per annum/£12.65 per hour (based on a full-time allowance of £24,413 per annum) Our Organisational Development (OD) Team lead on change within Walsall Council by improving services, engaging and motivating staff, and developing their talents and potential through training. We are looking for a motivated person with an interest in training to provide support for our trainers and coaches to deliver OD Change Management Support to the wider organisation. This will involve using a booking system and helping with daily administration, helping to set up for training and events, and helping to promote training and development opportunities using our SharePoint site. You should have an understanding of computer packages including email (Outlook), Word, PowerPoint and Teams, the ability to communicate well with others and a knowledge of what good customer service looks and feels like.
