Job Description Litigation Senior Associate (8–10 PQE) Salary: £80,000–£105,000 bonus Location: Harrow area | Clear route to Partnership Our client is a well-regarded, growing law firm with a strong litigation pipeline and the autonomy for senior lawyers to run high-value matters properly, build client relationships, and shape strategy. The Opportunity You’ll take ownership of complex litigation matters from instruction through to resolution, acting as a key senior fee earner within the team and a trusted adviser to clients. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a caseload of complex, high-value litigation matters from inception to conclusion Provide strategic advice on contentious issues across a range of sectors Represent clients in High Court and County Court proceedings and through ADR (including mediation and arbitration ) Draft, review and negotiate key documents including pleadings, witness statements and settlement agreements Work closely with partners to develop commercially aligned litigation strategies Supervise and mentor junior solicitors and trainees Maintain excellent client relationships and contribute to business development activity About You (Requirements) Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales 8–10 years’ PQE with strong, current UK litigation experience Demonstrable experience handling complex commercial litigation (or a strong mix of high-value contentious work) Strong technical knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR) and litigation tactics Excellent advocacy, drafting, negotiation and case management skills Confident leading matters with minimal supervision and supporting junior colleagues Background from a well-regarded private practice (or reputable in-house team) is desirable Location & Working Arrangement Harrow area (North West London) Working arrangement to be confirmed, but the firm offers a modern, professional environment with flexibility where appropriate.
