The successful Estimating Manager will be responsible for: Managing the preparation of competitive tenders and proposals for projects across multiple sectors. Overseeing and improving estimating processes to ensure compliance with company standards and best practices. Leading and mentoring a team of estimators, ensuring accuracy and professional development. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams. Producing accurate estimates for complex and high-value projects. Conducting peer reviews and commercial assessments of tenders. Keeping up to date with technical advancements and providing best-practice advice. Serving as the primary point of contact for clients during tendering stages. The successful Estimating Manager will have: Proven experience as an Estimator or Senior Estimator within construction, modular buildings, or engineering sectors. Strong understanding of tender management and estimating processes. Exceptional client engagement and relationship-building skills.
