Mechanical Assembly Technician

What Youll Do:
* Assemble and commission machines, modules, and sub:assemblies using engineering drawings and 3D models.
* Accurately complete all quality documentation.
* Identify and report quality issues promptly and efficiently.
* Operate material handling equipment (training provided).
* Support and maintain 5S standards and excellent workplace safety.
* Contribute to on:time delivery and improved build efficiency.
* Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
What Youll Need:
* Apprentice training in a mechanical field is highly preferred.
* Ability to read engineering drawings and understand Bills of Materials.
* Proven mechanical assembly experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally within machine assembly.
* Experience with assembling large fabricated parts.
* Comfortable handling various components (sheet metal, machined parts, electrical components).
* Strong communication and numeracy skills; computer literacy essential.
* Counterbalance forklift license (desirable).
* Lean manufacturing knowledge (desirable).
