Office Assistant – London
Location: Central London, WC2

What you’ll be doing:
* Acting as first point of contact, welcoming guests, managing calls, and supporting client interactions
* Keeping the office running like clockwork and managing supplies, distributing mail, coordinating services and maintenance
* Supporting meetings and events, from setting up rooms to organising refreshments
* Helping with day-to-day admin, light scheduling, liaising with vendors, assisting team projects
* Taking ownership of kitchen and communal spaces and ensuring everything is clean, stocked, and functioning
What you’ll bring:
* Previous experience in a professional office environment (1+ years ideal)
* A calm, confident presence and able to juggle tasks and remain composed under pressure
* A natural sense of organisation and pride in presentation
* Strong communication skills and a people-first mindset
* A can-do attitude and happy to pitch in and take initiative where needed
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and a general comfort with tech
