Consumer Product Marketing Manager Location: Manchester Contract: 12 Months FTC (Maternity Cover) At Spectrum Brands, we make living better at home and beyond. This is a consumer product marketing role. We’re specifically seeking candidates with proven experience in consumer goods or FMCG marketing. Please note, experience limited to product management in Finance, Tech, or IT will not be considered. The Role This is an exciting opportunity to join our Global Product Marketing Team, supporting the Personal Care category at a global level and owning key projects for our 2027/2028 product roadmaps. Based at our Manchester headquarters, you’ll help shape the future of our portfolio, working cross-functionally with teams across NPD, Project Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, and regional marketing to bring new product ideas to life for the Remington brand Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage a rolling 3-year global product roadmap aligned to brand strategy and category growth. Use consumer, market, and trend insights to identify opportunities and aid storytelling and sell-in. Lead projects through the Spectrum Brands NPD Stage Gate process, ensuring time, cost, and quality targets are met. Collaborate with Brand and Legal teams on product naming and claims. Oversee packaging development, sales support tools and support on marketing asset creation to ensure flawless execution. Present new launches to global commercial teams, driving engagement and alignment. About you Suitable candidates will have: Minimum 4 years’ experience in consumer product marketing (FMCG or consumer goods). Proven track record delivering NPD from concept to launch. Strong project management, organisation, and stakeholder engagement skills. Confident communicator and presenter, comfortable influencing across all levels. Proficient in Microsoft Office; flexible, proactive, and collaborative. (Desirable) Experience in Personal Care, FMCG, or Consumer Electronics, and exposure to global teams (US/China).
