Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with high needs SEND? A welcoming primary school in Aston is seeking a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to join their resourced provision, offering tailored support to pupils with additional needs.

What You'll Be Doing:
Support high needs SEND pupils within a specialist provision
Work 1:1 or with small groups to deliver targeted interventions
Collaborate with the SENDCo and therapy teams to meet EHCP outcomes
Use visuals, sensory tools and routines to support learning and regulation
Help pupils manage transitions and build independenceWe're Looking For Someone That:
Previous experience working in a Primary school or Nursery
Experience supporting children with SEND (e.g. ASD, SALCN, SEMH)
A nurturing, resilient approach and strong behaviour management
Ability to use Makaton, PECS or sensory strategies is a bonus
