We are seeking a Caretaker to join our dynamic Site Team. We are a heavily over-subscribed school where achievement is exceptionally high, students are well-behaved and eager to learn and relationships are very special. We are recruiting Caretakers to work predominantly at either Twynham School or The Grange School. Whichever site you are based at, you may be required to work occasionally at the other school, as we are one collaborative team. Strong written, verbal and communication skills to interact effectively with school staff and contractors Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work in various weather conditions First aid knowledge/skills/certifications - for helping contractors or members of the community requiring basic medical care on site.
