You will assist in the development and implementation of efficient manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. This role is 100% onsite at our Southend location. Provide technical support to the production team, troubleshooting and resolving manufacturing issues. Contribute to the documentation of manufacturing processes, work instructions, and standard operating procedures. Key Skills and Qualifications Experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field. Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and Lean manufacturing principles. Familiarity with quality control methodologies and tools. Proficiency in using manufacturing software and tools relevant to the role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
