We are looking for a committed and quality-focusedPlanning Co-ordinatorto join our team in Bodmin. This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient material flow into production, maintaining the highest standards of food safety, and supporting operational performance across the site.

Key Responsibilities
1. Responsible for stock reconciliation of external storage locations
2. Resolve discrepancies and carry out root cause analysis to improve processes
3. Manual goods issue of deliveries from external warehouses
4. Coordinate annual stock counts (audits) and obtain stock certificates for auditors
5. Monitor stock balances against agreed tolerances and invoice losses as required
6. Control movements between external and internal storage locations
7. Maintain the Access Database, which feeds all planning tools and shift reports
8. Ensure traceability of reworked stock
9. Check warehouse invoices for accuracy
10. Translate sales forecasts, production plans, and launch activity into material requirements
