About the Role One of my local government clients is seeking an experienced and organised HR Recruitment Administrator to support the internal recruitment team with day-to-day administrative functions. This is a fast-paced role that requires someone who is highly detail-oriented, confident using Excel, and able to quickly learn internal systems. We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running ideally, you’ll be available immediately or with no more than one week’s notice. Key Responsibilities * Provide full administrative support to the HR Recruitment team * Manage tasks relating to job authorisations, advertising, and onboarding * Prioritise and process recruitment-related requests with accuracy and speed * Resolve queries within agreed SLAs and escalate when necessary * Maintain accurate records and data on internal systems and spreadsheets * Support communications with stakeholders, candidates, and hiring managers * Learn and navigate in-house recruitment systems efficiently Must-Have Skills & Experience * Strong Excel skills – confident handling data, spreadsheets, and templates * Excellent administrative background, ideally in a recruitment or HR setting * Quick learner – able to pick up internal systems with minimal supervision * Well-organised with excellent attention to detail * Comfortable communicating with all levels of the organisation * Proactive and able to manage workload independently * Available immediately or on no more than 1 week’s notice Desirable (but not essential) * Experience using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) * Previous local authority or public sector experience If interested in this role please send your CV to Lee-Jaun at Coyle Personnel Ltd
