Overview

Job title: Branch Administrator

Location: Banbury

Hours: Part time, 20 hours

Salary: £13,530 for 20 hours (£23,677 pro rata)

Care experience is required for this role.

Responsibilities

* Assist and support the Branch Manager to ensure key business and compliance targets are met
* Manage recruitment processes, onboarding processes, training bookings and compliance paperwork
* Support with office administration and related tasks to maintain efficient branch operations


Accountabilities

* Arranging interviews for new carer colleagues including pre-interview calls to confirm attendance
* Managing the onboarding process for new carer colleagues to ensure a smooth transition
* Ensure all filing supports a clear desk policy within the Branch


To be successful as Branch Administrator, you will have

* Confident in promoting the branch
* Self-motivated and computer literate
* A passion for managing and driving excellence
* Excellent organisational skills
* Understanding of target setting and performance
* Pro-active in building key relationships
* Attention to detail and knowledge of current market conditions and trends
* Ability to manage change
