Chemistry Technician Kettering Hours - Monday to Friday 10am-6pm Salary - £23,901 - £24,500 plus 10% shift allowance Our Kettering based client has a full-time vacancy for a Technician to work in their Chemistry department. Hours for the position are Monday to Friday 10am – 6pm. (A 10% shift allowance will be paid, in addition to the salary – Monday to Thursday from 4.30pm to 6pm and Friday from 4pm to 6pm.) The chemical testing team consists of around 20 multi-skilled technicians, technologists, and other support staff. The chemical laboratory houses a range of analytical equipment including IC, GC-FID, HPLC, UV-Vis, GC-MS, and LC-MS. Testing for restricted substances and assessing the chemical properties of a range of consumer products against international and European standards is carried out to show due diligence or to apply for CE or UKCA certification.
