Responsibilities
* Lead strategic engagements for clients in the cyber‑security domain, shaping cyber‑security strategies and building resilience.
* Work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions and grow consulting footprint across industries.
* Contribute to business development activities – proposals, RFPs, bids, client pitches, hosting at events.
* Develop internal campaigns, think‑tanks, whitepapers, practice development (operations, recruitment, team events & activities), offering development.
* Support learning & development commitments – training, certifications, and skill demand support.
Qualifications
* Minimum 5+ years experience as a direct Consultant Controller in Cyber‑Security or a closely related area, or an equivalent senior Consulting background.
* Proven ability to secure £2m of consulting revenue as a Director level, based on client relationships and networks.
* Deep technical expertise in Cloud security, identity & access management, threat intelligence, risk management and related domains.
* Preferred certifications – CISSP, CISM, CISA or equivalent; cloud cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP) are a plus.
* Proven ability to operate in a matrixed organisation and enlist support from peers to deliver consulting solutions.
* Experience of proposition building, delivery and fulfilment of high‑value consulting engagements.
* Strong business development skills – utilisation of pre‑existing relationships, company relationships and personal network.
* Proficient in leading multidisciplinary teams and mentoring future leaders.
