Join Our Service Team as a Service Coordinator
The Service Team is looking for a new member! As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating resources to ensure the successful and timely completion of service orders.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Interaction: Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and queries, providing estimates and lead times for site visits, depot orders, and parts to ensure high customer service standards.
2. Service Order Management: Oversee service orders from initial call logging to completion, keep technicians' diaries up to date, and ensure depot repairs have the relevant purchase orders.
3. Customer Feedback: Proactively update customers on service order statuses and spare part deliveries, keeping them informed of any changes or progress.
4. Scheduling: Book and schedule planned service orders to ensure timely completion within the specified month as per contract activation details.
5. System Maintenance: Maintain service management systems, ensuring orders are in the correct status and notes are current.
6. Team Collaboration: Support other departments to foster a team spirit within the company.
Requirements to Succeed:
* Strong communication skills – both verbal and written
* Proactive and able to work on own initiative
* Excellent attention to detail
* Competent with MS Outlook and MS Excel
* Outstanding Customer Service skills
